Contemporary Justice Topics

This course is designed to explore current issues in Criminal Justice from the perspective of the U.S. Constitution and state laws. Attendees will be asked to peruse several media alternatives that include articles related to the application of criminal law. Our objective will be to review police, court, and correctional applications of the law and how they affect our daily lives.  MSC. Limit 26.

Richard Mears is a 20+ year veteran of Law Enforcement in Maine, a national and internationally recognized police trainer, and a retired Associate Professor with the University of Maine System.
