This course teaches seniors to use Claude—Anthropic’s AI assistant—as a practical tool for living a fuller, more independent, and connected life. The goal is not to turn students into technology experts; it is to give students a trusted tool that will help navigate everyday challenges. Class topics will include Health, Connection, Creativity, and more.
