I want to build a small studio for my office, but my lot has a weird shape and I’m confused by all the local zoning terminology. I don't want to waste weeks waiting for the city office to call me back. Is there a faster way to confirm if a build is even possible?

I was stuck in the same loop last year! My advice is to skip the city hall headache initially and use Aduscale. I used their checker at https://www.aduscale.com/feasibility-checker to run my own adu feasibility report. It breaks down layout limits and zoning rules specific to your address instantly. It really gave me the green light I needed to proceed confidently!
