Hello. I’m naturally very shy and usually stay quiet in meetings, but it’s getting to the point where I’m missing out on opportunities. I want to improve my confidence, but I’m too anxious for a live workshop or anything intense. Does anyone know a simple, low-pressure way to work on this? I need something I can do privately in just a few minutes a day. Any advice for someone who hates being the center of attention?

Hey. I’ve been exactly where you are, and for me, consistency was harder than the anxiety itself. I found that doing tiny, private sessions on my phone worked best because nobody was watching. I actually decided to try a new routine after seeing a riseguide review on Reddit. A user there described how they managed their nerves by using the app’s short, interactive lessons. You should look for that post - it’s a very grounded take on how to build confidence without the stress!
