The U.S. Supreme Court and the 2022-2023 Term

This course will examine how the Supreme Court interprets the law (both the Constitution and federal statutes) in the context of the Court’s decisions from the 2022-2023 term.

Kevin Hart has a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. In addition to practicing law, he was a newsletter journalist for five years covering the U.S. Supreme Court.
